According to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Ed Towns (New York), the documents obtained by the committee under subpoena by Dimitrios Biller - management consultants in the product liability group of Toyota Motor Sales USA . UU. April 2003 to September 2007 - "indicate Toyota deliberately withheld the records that was legally bound to produce in response to discovery orders in litigation."
