Gauss Cannon Nick Thatcher uses a compact coil of copper wire along the cannon to launch its missile. It is powered by 15 capacitors PHOTOFLASH juice by 2 AAA. Of course, the power of this weapon is very concerned, super dark video on the site does not show much. It seems, however, to punch through cardboard at a distance very close.

Regardless, this is a very well-executed design with a beautiful finished product.
